Welcome to StitchOS. We are a dedicated Software as a Service (SaaS) provider catering to apparel factories across India. Please read this policy to understand how our services are delivered.
Digital Service Delivery
StitchOS is a 100% digital software service provided on a subscription basis. We do not ship any physical products, hardware, or printed materials to your location. There is no physical shipping or courier service involved in the provision of StitchOS.
Access & Activation
Upon successful subscription and payment verification, access to the StitchOS platform is delivered electronically via the internet. You will receive your online account details and login credentials through the registered email address provided during the onboarding process.
Delivery Timelines
Standard account activation typically occurs within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation. Once activated, you can access the full suite of production, quality, and warehouse management tools immediately through our secure web portal.
Exceptions & Custom Services
In rare instances where specific offline implementation support or custom hardware integration is agreed upon under a separate service level agreement (SLA), the delivery terms for those specific items will be outlined within that individual contract. Otherwise, all standard service delivery remains digital.
